LE RÈGNE ANIMAL
Musique de Andrea Laszlo De Simone
Rambling Records - Import Japon
A strange disease occurs in which the body "turns into an animal". A shocking and moving experience awaits the viewer beyond the mutation.
The soundtrack of "Le Regne Animal" (The Animal Kingdom), a shocking film nominated for a total of 17 French Academy Awards (Cesar Awards), is now available. This masterpiece, which takes place in the near future in the midst of a pandemic, encompasses issues such as racism and immigration that are still relevant today, and has been seen by over 1 million viewers in France.
Andrea Laszlo de Simone's music is a fusion of acoustic, electronic, and classical music, and is powerful and in tune with the film's shocking content. He orchestrated and recorded his own music, resulting in a masterful score that is as sensual as it is horrifying in its fin-de-siecle quality, which earned him the Cesar Award for Best Music.
